Winter Wonderland 2

A Winter Wonderland

We got a surprise snow storm today in Albuquerque. It was a welcome sight and the kids enjoyed playing on their snow boards and making a snow man. Here are some pictures we took. Video to follow!

Here are the pictures of Rudy's work truck.

After seeing the truck I truly believe that an angel was in that truck with Rudy. The passanger side is crushed down and has bent the headrest of that seat. There is a bubble of space where Rudy was sitting. It is truly a miracle that he wasn't hurt more.

Icy roads and destroyed trucks

On Thursday Jan 28th, Rudy was driving back to ABQ from Socorro. He was thankfully doing about 50 MPH in a 75mph zone on I-25 and he hit a patch of ice on the road. His truck fishtailed and rolled one time into the enbankment. The cab of the truck was crushed but Rudy was more or less unharmed. His arm crushed thedriver side window out with his elbow. He had a small bruise from that and also three stitches in his finger from glass. I have not gotten photos of the truck yet. I do have photos of his x-rays though. I will post photos of the truck as soon as we get them.

Baby's first photos

Sorry it took me so long. I've been pretty busy. Here are my first ultrasound photos. Couldn't tell the gender yet. I'll go back in March and have another. Should be able to tell then.

He's growing up too fast

Well, the day has finally come. We've decided to start transitioning Gabe to the big boy bed. Today for nap time we put up the baby gate, put him in the car bed and shut the door. He didn't even get up one time! He just rolled over and went to sleep. I did manage to sneak in and take a photo.
